I want add h264parse and overlay plugins to gstreamer 1.0.

I have setup the build as per following link
http://git.freescale.com/git/cgit.cgi/imx/fsl-arm-yocto-bsp.git/tree/README?h=imx-3.10.31-1.1.0_beta
The mentioned folder for recipes only contains jlive and no pakagegroups folder.
How do I get the updates to my system ?
Or is their any set of steps I can follow to build these manually ?
