How to Read Mode Registers of LPDDR

Dear freescale,

We are using IMX6SOLOLITE processor in our design.

I'm trying to read the Mode Registers of LPDDR to validated the part on our custom board by making the modifications in the Stress tool bin file source code.

In that I'm writing in to the Register MMDC_MDSCR using a pointer but as soon I write in to the register, processor is getting hang. so, can you suggest me to read the Mode registers of the LPDDR.

are you running from lpddr2 or iRAM when performing this operaton,

one needs to execute it from iRAM.

I' am using freescale DDR stress tool. I am assuming that it is running in the IRAM. if not can you kindly suggest me how to run it from the IRAM.

had you tried to run this code with jtag ?

SDK has examples of lpddr2 init files, you can add code there

and try.

Dear Igor,

There is no JTAG provision on our custom board where as we have USB option on our board. so using DDR_Stress_Tester_V1.0.3 tool provided by the freescale, I'm trying to debug the LPDDR. so I'm expecting the help to read the LPDDR Mode registers using the same tool.
