How to Config Uboot atfer DDR test success

Hello, I'm using BSP 4.1.15-2.1.0, and we changed DDR to 32bit(DDR type is changed), and I have calibrated DDR and tested it success, but I have no idea how to modify my u-boot code, anyone knows this issue? Where to change the code, and what need to change?
