How many gstreamer pipelines on imx8mm

Hello,

How many gstreamer pipelines could run in parallel in order to decode/re-encode H264 video streams.

My usecases are to decode 4 FHD (1920x1080) RSTP video source and re-encode to :

HD (720x1080) or FWVGA (480x854) depending on user setting.

from hardware there are no limitation, limitation only from internal buses bandwidth.

So guaranteed performance is 1080p60, but with less fps/resolutions there may be more vpu instances

for example two 1080p30.
