How did i write and read IPU2's regs in uboot?

I have a problem when debug imx6dq chips, when i use uboot command "mw" writing 0x02a0_0000 Configuration Register (IPU2_CONF) the uboot program will die. it means IPU2's reg can not write or read any time in uboot? or may be has another way to write and read IPU2's regs?

please help me.

please check that ipu2 clocks are  enabled in CCM Clock Gating Registers 

(CCM_CCGR3).
