How can i download image to Imx233

The circuit is int the attach.

Imx233 is powered by  5V from USB AB ,and now i want to download the image by MsfTool ,but the tool can not find the usb port ,how can i to do it?

Have you installed the i.MX233 USB driver for MFGTool appropriately? Please check it first.

I made a mistake with USB connection ,i had correct it,now i have an another question about download image by mfgtool,mfgtool showes me that runtime error in the picture , can you help me?

I download new version mfgtool  ,it shows me like picture below.

There is no external FALSH and SDRAM in my board,is it will effect that?

You have to adapt the MFGTool to your particular hardware, refer to the software documentation for the information on how to do this.

my circuit is designed by imx233 evk,sdram MT46V32M16P i use is the same with evk ,but the flash is K9F2G08U0C not K9LBG08U0D wich is use in evk, so i need to make my own firmware image ?

I only use one sdram MT46V32M16P,but evk use two.

Yes, you have to adapt your firmware to your particular hardware configuration, e.g. amount of memory etc.
