How can I set ADC reference voltage to 5v in imx6ull?

Hi

I'm using IMX6ULL  and I config it's ADC to working with 3.3v as reference.

Is it possible set reference voltage to 5v? If the answer is yes, How?

ADC reference voltage is fixed to be 3.3V, not 5V.
if your analog signal max level is 5V, use divider resistor, please!
