How can I display a .gif picture on /dev/fb1?

I wan't to display a .gif picture on /dev/fb1, is there any example?

I can suggest to install "fbi" utility - Linux FrameBuffer ImageViewer.
It can decode gif image and display it with framebuffer device.

Thanks, I have already draw gif image to fb using giflib & ipu.
