I now have a display on my bare metal iMx6 implementation, and have a hardware cursor running using the IPU1_DP_CUR_POS_SYNC to position it. I cannot see in the documentation how I can give this cursor a shape. I can see that I could give it a colour using IPU1_DP_CUR_MAP_SYNC, but this still leaves it as a block with a rectangular shape. Presumably there is a little block of IPU memory space that contains the cursor pixel map?.. can anyone please tell me where.. and how to configure it to be used?
