How can I connect PCI0 as root complex and PCI1 as end point.

Hi,

I am using I.MX8QM board, and I want to configure PCI0 as Root complex and PCI1 as agent. How can I configure PCI0 as root complex and PCI1 as end point.

Hi @mallibeerala,

I hope you are doing well

To work one of the PCI as an endpoint in IMX8QM kindly apply the following changes.

• One can use the mx8qm-mek-pcie-ep.dts. In the imx8qm-mek-pcie-ep.dts, change the status to "okay" in the &pciea_ep node. It will configure pci0 as the endpoint.
• Kindly enable the drivers for the endpoint discussed in a previous thread.

• By default, pci1 will work as the root complex and it can be connected to the external endpoint device.
