History of spread spectrum usage on i.MX6

Hi,

My customer is asking if FSL has any mass production history using spread specturm on i.MX6.

Because the function will impact on DDR operation frequency, he has a doubt for system stability.

If there is any MP history or validated frequncy range for DDR clock, please let me know.

Hi Yong

you are right about concerns for DDR operation frequency, it should not change

by jitter range defined by jedec requirements, seems 1% range as safe figure.

As for history or validated frequncy range, I am afraid such info is

not available.
