Having a problem with JTAG in IMX6Q

Dear All,

I was trying to connect JTAG (DS-5) to my IMX6Q but I didn't succeed in making a working connection.

So, I wanted to know which signals that are necessary as I connected the VDD_SNVS_IN, VDD_HIGH_IN, VDDARM_IN ,VDDSOC_IN, and POR_B to power up.

Regarding the connections of the JTAG, I connected JTAG_TCK, JTAG_TDI, JTAG_TDO, JTAG_TMS, and JTAG_TRSTB in addition to VDD and ground of course.

Am I missing something else?

Hi Ali

all processor power supplies should be provided according to datasheet,

with (probably) exception given in sect.2.8 Unused analog interfaces

For jtag connections one can look at sect.2.6 JTAG signal termination
