Has anyone used mDDR with i.MX283?

Hi!

I am wondering if anyone has been successful using mDDR instead of DDR2 with an i.MX283. The part I am using is MT46H64M16LF (Micron Tech). If anyone HAS been successful, I will have more questions for you!

You may have it working by now... I have mDDR (MT46H16M16LF) working with the i.MX28.  Let me know if you still have any questions.

I want to use iMX287 with MT46H16M16LF (256MB, 4M*16*4 banks mobile LP DDR, 166MHz, 6.0 ns). Can you help me with the initialization routines?
