Can eMMC on SD to eMMC adaptor inserted to SD card socket on BB of MCIMX7ULP-EVK use HS200 or HS400 mode?

My customer is palanning to use MCIMX7ULP-EVK for eMMC evaluation.

His plan is that,

  • boot from micro SD 3.0 card slot on SOM,
  • insert SD or SD-eMMC adaptor to full SD card socket on BB.

after populate or remove proper resistors.

The question is whether eMMC to full SD card slocket by adaptor can use HS200 or HS400 mode?

The MCIMX7ULP-EVK use SD card socket 3.0. Is it affect to transfer speed?

7ulp should support this, did you have any issue when you use it?

I have not uset the board yet but at planning stage.  I want to know the limitation about the EVK.

I found DQS signal is not connected to SD Slot.

Since DQS is nessesary for HS400, it means I can not use HS400 protocol only with SD to eMMC adapter.

Does my understanding correct?
