Hi all

I want to know the HS200 Mode Timing in i.MX6UL.

There are a table for HS200 Mode Timing in IMX6ULIEC Rev. 1, 04/2016.

The table is Table 57 in section 4.11.3.4.

However, there are no value for SD3, SD4, SD6 and SD7.

http://www.nxp.com/files/32bit/doc/data_sheet/IMX6ULIEC.pdf?fasp=1&WT_TYPE=Data%20Sheets&WT_VENDOR=F...

Could you tell me those value ?

Add info:

My customer's development is stopped due to this spec so please someone answer this question as soon as possible.

Hello Ko-hey,

The SD3 (Clock High Time) is listed on Table 57 and it’s equal to SD2, although there is a typo and it’s listed as a repeated SD2.

SD4 and SD5 share the same value so SD4 is also listed on the table.

As for the SD6 and SD7 timings I’ll look for more information although you do have SD8, which along SD5 are the most critical timing to make sure you take the Data Output on time.

Regards,

Hello Ko-hey,

I confirmed that SD6 and SD7 should not be present on the diagram as there is no fixed delay for HS200 mode.

This figure will be fixed on the next release of the documentation. Thanks for pointing out these omissions!
