H264 video streaming using ffmpeg encoded Vpu in real time

Now has achieved the Vpu code after the H264 video file is saved, but there is no package, so I want to use ffmpeg the H264 video stream encapsulation to MP4 files, need for real-time streaming package, I would like to ask this?? Is there a corresponding code? Ffmpeg example is the document package is not real-time.
