Hi,

      How can I configure a gpio pin in j1003 connector,I need to set SAI5_RXD3 pin and it need to appear in the cat /sys/gpio

You can use the config tool that we have to configure the GPIO's, it simple and generate the code of the device your are using automatically, please take a look:
