Freescale DDR3 script not have the option for to set DDR3-1866 memory type

Hi all,

We are using micron DRAM (MT41K256M16) -DDR3-1866 memory type.

For this i need to configure in uboot .cfg file. So i use the below named excel file.

Mx6DQSDL DDR3 Script Aid V0.08.xlsx

But this excel script not have the option of DDR3-1866. So how can i configure this??

Any other updated script is there??

Recommend if anything other script available??

if any other procedure is there guide me??

Hello,

  i.MX6 supports DDR3/LVDDR3/LPDDR2-1066; maximum DRAM frequency

is 533 MHz. Therefore the "more speedy" DRAM parts, should be configured for

533 MHz (1066).
