For fall time of the CORE power1.375V Room temperature,
there is a difference in the fall time (current consumption) at low temperature. Waveform see attach supplementary materials.
There can be problematic in that cut fell 1.375 V power upon the return from the interruption to 3.1 V power
would stand up? (After all of the power is turned on,POR_B will be canceled.)
Must be within 200 ms stood down as the specifications of the product,
but low temperatures at 200 ms after the voltage value is 0.75 V.

discharge time depends on silicon leakage current, which greatly
depends on temperature. Unfortunately this value is not specified.
As workaround one can add external resistor, so there will be guaranteed discharging
current or design some another external discharging circuit.
