For Ball width tolerance for i.MX6 Dual Lite

Dear all,

We design PCB Pad for i.MX6 Dual Lite.

According to the data sheet for i.MX6DL, the tolerance of Ball width is Min:φ0.44 / Typ:φ0.5 / Max:φ 0.65.

However, in the data sheet gor i.MX6Q, it is φ0.5+/-0.05.　

Is the Ball width tolerance for i.MX6DL right?
