Hi! I am using a board with an imx8mp on it. The SoC will have Secure Boot enabled, and we expect to set up secure JTAG too. I have two JTAG-related questions:

- Is it possible to flash the SRK eFuses using JTAG?

- Is it possible to flash the SRK_REVOKE word with a secured device using JTAG?

If answer to any or both of them is "yes", which documentation should I read in order to understand the process?

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

Our documentation suggests burn eFuses using U-boot or directly in User Space. We do not have documentation about how to burn fuses using JTAG since the access could vary according to JTAG device used. Some posts in community suggests that it is possible to burn fuses through JTAG, please refer to the next link.

Solved: Can I burn eFuses for iMX8M Mini family using direct register access via JTAG? - NXP Communi...

Regarding secure JTAG documentation, please refer the next application note.

Best regards.
