Fetching ggc fails in LTIB

I'm trying to run LTIB to build a linux kernel for my imx6sl board. I can't get through the step of building it because fetching ggc from http://bitshrine.org/gpp/gcc-4.6.2-glibc-2.13-linaro-multilib-2011.12-1.i386.rpm fails. That link returns 404.

Since the LTIB BSP has been around for a while some files are no longer located in their original place. Please check the following threads which describe the same issue and contain some workarounds.

Can't get: gcc-4.6.2-glibc-2.13-linaro-multilib-2011.12-1.i386.rpm at ./ltib line 2560.
