Hello,

I am running Linux-3.0.35-4.0.0 from freescale on i.MX6 SABRE-AI board.

When I run startx, I get following error.

(II) LoadModule: "vivante"

[  4915.038] (II) Loading /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/vivante_drv.so

[  4915.040] (EE) Failed to load /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/vivante_drv.so: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers/vivante_drv.so: cannot open

[  4915.040] (II) UnloadModule: "vivante"

[  4915.040] (II) Unloading vivante

[  4915.040] (EE) Failed to load module "vivante" (loader failed, 7)

[  4915.040] (EE) No drivers available.

I have compiled kernel and rootfs using LTIB and copied vivante_drv.so (hence generated) to /usr/lib/xorg/modules/drivers folder in the filesystem.

My doubt is that vivante_drv.so file is not matching the kernel version(linux-3.0.35-4.0.0) or xorg driver version(in my case X.Org Video Driver: 13.0).

How do identify what is happening exactly??

Also, can you point me to the repository from where I can download the libraries compiled for the above mentioned version of xorg and Linux combination?

Regards,

Prathamesh
