Fail to read and write by NXP i.mx/Mscale DDR tool

Hi,

    I have passed the DDR Stress test by NXP i.mx/Mscale DDR tool.But when I write 0x5A5A5A5A to the first address of DDR(0x00000000),I  read the address and the result is 0x14000100.It's different between the read value and the wrote value.

   1,Is there something wrong with use this tool?

   2,Does this mean that there is something wrong with the configuration of DDR parameters?

I use the two piece DDRs(one density is 8Gb,) in my system,so this system has 2GB DDR and 32bit data line.

Where is the first address of DDR(0x00000000) come from ? 

The memory mapping is in the reference manual.
