Hello.
Please tell me what can be done with the external contacts ONOFF (U10) and POR_B (T10) of the MIMXRT1176 microcontroller, if I am not going to use them for their intended purpose? Unfortunately, section 3.2 of IMXRT1170AEC.pdf does not say anything about them.

Hi @muxeu ,

If not used, ON/OFF can be a no-connect.

The POR_B can be a no-connect too. POR_B has a 100k internal pull-up resistor to SNVS domain.  In the absence of an external reset feeding the POR_B input, the internal POR module takes control. But it's recommended to add the external reset IC to the circuit to guarantee POR_B is properly processed during power up/down.

Regards,

Jing
