Ethernet speed problem on i.MX6 platform

I've tested Ethernet speed on i.MX6 Sabre-SD board and found a strange problem.

When I download a file using ftpget command from a FTP server on Ubuntu PC(vsftpd), the transfer speed is good(over 30Mbps).

But from a FTP server on Windows PC(Cerberus FTP server) within the same network, the transfer speed is very poor(about 3Mbps).

LTIB version 12.09 S/W platform and 100baseTx-FD network.

I wonder what caused this difference.

As you mentioned there is no problem on Ubuntu PC(vsftpd) but slow transfer speed on Windows PC(Cerberus FTP server). That means the  i.MX6 Sabre-SD board is work well. The problem may due to the setting different in Cerberus FTP server. Is there any speed limitation setting in Cerberus FTP server?
