Ethernet AR8031 rate changes from 100M to 10M

Hi Supporter,

iMx6q board is connected to 100M switcher,

Ethernet chip si AR8031, the AR8031 can know the 100M network, but it's easy change to 10M rate.

It seems 100M is not stable, why

this may be caused by transmission errors, so one can try to use

more short and quality cables.
