Enable ethernet Wake-On-LAN feature on i.MX8 with Android

Hi All,

We can enable WoL feature on Yocto linux and wakeup device from suspend.

It fails to wakeup system when change to Android.

Did anyone knows how to enable WoL feature on Android OS?

We are using Android P9.0.0_2.3.2 (Linux 4.14 kernel) + Android P9.0.0_2.3.4-patch.

SoC: I.MX8MQ and I.MX8MD

This version is only for i.MX8MN and i.MX8QXP, if you are use the i.MX8M series you can try other version.

We have built our own board with i.MX8MQ and i.MX8MD SoC not EVK.

We use "Android P9.0.0_2.3.2 (Linux 4.14 kernel) + Android P9.0.0_2.3.4-patch" as code base of our BSP and added our drivers and modifications.

Is that necessary to use "Correct version BSP" for specific SoC?

For the WOL issue, it should be common issue for any i.MX SoC, isn't it?
