Enable CAAM in imx6q

Hi,

I want to enable CAAM in linux. I have two questions:

1. How to enable CAAM in linux directly, without passing parameter from uboot bootargs?

2. How to determine CAAM is enabled or not? eg. If I enable the CAAM, what should I see in "/dev"?

2. one can try caam unit test
