Dual Ethernet PHY with i.mx8M Plus

Due to lack of Ethernet PHY's we want to use Microsemi VSC8502 dual PHY with I.MX8M Plus. How can be this chip managed from i.MX8M Plus side, considering dual PHY has got one MD management interface only, and i.MX8M Plus has got separate MD management interface for  each RGMII interface?

I have ever confirmed the question with design team.

2 Ethernet IPs(ENET / ENET QOS) in i.MX8MP are different.

so we can't use one 'mdc/mdio' to manage VSC8502.

Use 2 independent ethernet phys, please!
