Hi All,

This is regarding iMAX6Q related DDR memory layout.

According to routing recommendations we need to control single ended signals and data signals up to 50 Ohms.

1) Do we need to control impedance of short single ended tracks like follow ?

Track length = 0.566mm

2) What will happen some of those short tracks were controlled impedance and some of those short tracks were NOT ?

Regards,

Peter.

1) Yes, the DDR interface track impedance must be controlled along all the track route.

2) Otherwise, the signal integrity of the DDR interface signals can be corrupted.

Have a great day,
Artur
