I use mainline kernel 3.10.102, now I tested two sdio devices but both of them can be recognized but can't work properly, on the same port, SD card works fine. I wonder is there any patch need to applied to mainline kernel?

Please try 4.13.2 instead.
There have been some recent patches that improve SD/MMC operation on MX25. Please see the latest 4 patches
