Does imx8mp boot rom support serial download via USB 1.1 12 Mbps

We are bringing up a new board with the iMX8MP.

We can load and run flash.bin via uuu over USB port 2 using USB high speed 480 Mbps.

We have USB port 1 connected through a TI USB port isolator "ISO USB 111" which only passes USB low speed or USB full speed 12Mbps. uuu fails after 1% to 3% shown and ends with LIBUSB_ERROR_PIPE.

Using a scope, the signals at the iMX8MP side of the isolator look very clean.

Does the iMX8MP boot rom support USB full speed over the serial download protocol?

For serial download recommend you to use the USB1 , do not use usb2 port.
