Does i.MX6/7 DDR stress test tool check all DDR addresses?

I have a simple question about i.MX6/7 DDR stress test tool.

(i.MX6/7 DDR Stress Test Tool V2.40 )

Would you let me know whether the tool checks all DDR addresses or check a part of it?

Hello,

  The Stress tool uses board script (Load Init Script), which provide

memory initialization. All memory, which size is defined via the script (row, col, etc),

is tested.
