I have a problem with our i.MX233 and wants to use boundary scan but can't find any information that i.MX233 supports boundary scan.... so question is: Does i.MX233 supports boundary scan?

No, unfortunately we do not have a BSDL file for the i.MX233,  I apologize for the inconvenience.
