Does i.MX 6 support LPDDR2-1066 channels?

We are using MCIMX6Q6AVT10AD.

So far I got a question about LPDDR2 memory interface frequency.

According to IMX6DQRM.pdf,  "i.MX 6Dual/6Quad Applications Processor Reference Manual" (Rev. 6, 05/2020), Chapter "1.4 Features", the SoC supports 1/2 LPDDR2-1066 channels.

But according to another document, IMX6DQAEC.pdf, "i.MX 6Dual/6Quad Automotive and Infotainment..." , Data Sheet (Rev. 6, 11/2018), Chapter "1.2 Features", it only supports  1/2 LPDDR2-800 channels.

Could you clarify it, please?

That is a typo in documentation.

i.MX6 supports 1/2 LPDDR2-800 channels.
