Does IMX6SoloX support 1bit ECC NAND ?

Dear community.

We are investigating 1bit ECC nand which support ONFI.

- Spansion, S34ML04G100TFI000

As far as we checked, it was recognised correctly both uboot and kernel with below information.

ECC 1bit, oob 64  bytes, Size 512M bytes

And it also passed erase/write/compare test over 1000 times.

Could you double check whether IMX6SoloX support this memory ?

FYI, u-boot and kernel version are like below.

- U-Boot 2015.04-imx_v2015.04_3.14.52_1.1.0

- Linux version 3.14.52-1.1.0

yes i.MX6SoloX supports 1bit ECC NAND.
