Does IMX6 SOLO is capable of supporting 2GB RAM

Hi

In our design, we are planning to use imx6 solo with 2gb ram but regarding the capacity of RAM  supported I couldn't able to find out in TRM. Can SOLO processor support 2GB ram? If it supports what are the procedure I need to follow to make it work?

Hello,

  You may use AN4397 (Common Hardware Design for i.MX 6Dual/6Quad and i.MX 6Solo/6DualLite)

regarding differences of devices of i.MX6 series.

  In particular, take a look at Table 2 (Summary of feature differences). Memory is supported practically

up to 4GBytes.

   Please refer to "i.MX_BSP_Porting_Guide.pdf" of Linux documentation how to configure memory

in U-boot.
