Document of i.MX6UL to enter the USB test mode

Hi,

The USB of i.MX6UL is used as a device mode.
Are there any documentation for i.MX6UL to enter the test mode to measure the eye pattern signal?
I do not find the document for i.MX6UL.

I am not aware of such test in device mode, please note that according to USB-IF

document described on below link:

"USB physical certification test are from 2 sides. One test case is PC running USB-IF HSET utility as being USB host to test the target board being USB device; the other case is target board acting as USB host to initate test signals to a test fixture."

Patch to make i.MX6DQ USB to support test modes for certification test
