Do you have .rvc or .ds file for i.MX53 debugging?

Hi community,

I have a request about i.MX53 OBDS.

I looked for .rvc or .ds file to use ARM debugger (RealView or DS-5) for i.MX53 debugging, but there is .rvc file only for i.MX28 in i.MX53 OBDS.

So would you give me .rvc or .ds file for i.MX53?
