Do you have i.MX6D VDDARM23_IN and VDDARM23_CAP leakage data?

Hi community,

Could you let me know how much leakage from VDDARM23_IN to GND, and from VDDARM23_CAP to GND for i.MX6D design?

Actually, a end user will use the attached design instead of the all-in-one circuit in Figure 1 of AN4397.

Then, they want to estimate the leakage.

In general this leakage current for both signals has the same nature as

leakage for example in DSM mode, that is about 0.1mA.

Please check Table 2 application Note AN4509 (Rev. 0, 10/2012)
