There is nothing wrong with your provided link.

Just keep in your mind that you download into your made "bin"(~/bin) directory not a root's "bin" directory.
I think you have not curl package install on your system, if it's not there then download it first.
find out the output logs for your same question.

NOTE : I did all in TESTT directory.
