Difference between imx503, imx51 and imx53

I want to know what is a difference between imx503, imx51 and imx53?

Does Yocto BSP support available for above processor?

for differencies one can look at

IMX50FS i.MX50 Family of Applications Processors - Fact Sheet

seems imx51 and imx53 are supported by community yocto,

though I am not sure about imx503.
