We are using imx23 rev TA4 (MCIMX233DJM4B) and we had some boot-up problems. I see that Errata#2229 is no longer an issue in rev TA5 (MCIMX233DJM4C). Do these chips have the same set pins? Will I have to redesign the board if I chose to use the newer chip?
