Demo image support for CAN buses using i.MX 8QuadMax MEK +BB and Android Automotive 12.x.x_x.x.x ?

Hello,

I am looking to demonstrate a two-node CAN bus using the MCIMX8QM MEK + baseboard and another new CAN device I am designing.  Before purchasing a MCIMX8-8X-BB baseboard, which supports CAN physical connections, I would like to confirm whether or not any of NXP's automotive pre-built demo images (for example, automotive-12.0.0_2.1.0_image_8qmek_car2) supports exercising any of the i.MX chip's CAN functionality by default or not?  The CAN bus function is not a listed feature in the Android Release Notes [Rev. automotive-12.1.0_1.1.0 —15 December 2022, Table 2, Features] so presumably there is no demo image support, but please confirm?

Thank you @Rita_Wang.  This info looks useful, however I am asking whether or not there is CAN functionality already in the NXP Android Automotive OS v12 pre-built demo images without building any code...?  In other words, does changing the AAOS on-screen user controls for HVAC, for example, result in any iMX8QM CAN bus activity, etc.?
