Deletion of files in /usr/bin

I am experiencing a strange behaviour in my Linux yocto image. Suddenly and no periodicity or frequency defined, after many months of operation, on a boot, binaries from /usr/bin folder has been deleted in one of my custom board. I can think of only 2 reasons, if someone accidentally deleted it, which is not the case. Or is there any issue in the filesystem itself. I used Linux 4.14.98_2.0.0 released for i.MX. Any debugging pointers will be very helpful. This issue has been seen after months of operation in 1/15 samples. I am using i.MX.6ULL soc on my custom board.

This is happening on frequent power cycles. We are getting these logs of mounting which looks issuable.
