DRAM_ADDRxx pad control of i.MX6Solo

About registers IOMUXC_SW_PAD_CTL_PAD_DRAM_ADDRxx of i.MX6, I have some questions.

1)DSE needs to be configured and ODT does not need to be configured(just set ODT to 000), is it right?

2)If 1) is not right, how should ODT be configured?
