DDR3L and ULL

We are looking for support for our software departement.
We want to use an i.MX6 ULL combinated with one MT41K256M16TW-107:P micron DDR3L 4Gbit.

Is there any script or exel sheet for software configurations? I already read DDR3 calibration app.Note and i saw an ddr3 stress tool. Are there more tools?
