Hi,

I am trying to find a 512MB Micron DDR3 chip for i.MX6SL. I can only find MT41K256M16TW -093 and -107 in current market. The NXP compatibility chart is suggesting MT41K256M16HA -125: E, which is difference speed grade.

And the i.MX6SL datasheet only mentioned DDR3-800. So I don't know if I can use -093 and -107 for it. Please suggest a part number for me..

Also, I am only using one DDR3 chip for the MCU. The ACC signals are pin to pin connection. Do I still need to terminate them to Vtt? Thanks.

Hi Yan

different speed grades are also supported, one can use -093 and -107 grades

even i.MX6SL datasheet only mentioned DDR3-800.

For schematic connections one can look at i.MX6Q/DL Sabre SD board design files

as i.MX6SL has similar MMDC module:

Design files, including hardware schematics, Gerbers, and OrCAD files for i.MX 6Quad (i.MX 6Dual emu...
