DDR3 calibration i.MX6ULL

Hi I have adjusted DDR3 with iMX6 Solo. Is it the same method for i.MX6ULL? Can I use DDR Stress Test Tool V3.00? Where can I find the i.MX6ULL script file? Change the following registers from the log file. Is there any change from Solo?   The same approach as for i.MX6S may be used with i.MX 6ULL.

Hi

I downloaded I.MX6ULL_DDR3_Script_Aid_V0.01.xlsx, but the Memory type was up to DDR3-1600 and DDR3-1866 was missing. Is it okay to enter the Memory type as DDR3-1600?

Hello,

  i.MX 6ULL MMDC supports clock rate of up to 400 MHz, so memory timings
should be based on DDR3-800 specs.
